How to
Brush
Hold the toothbrush in your preferred hand. Now position the toothbrush besides the teeth such that it rests on the gums while approximately forming an angle of 45 degrees with your gums.
To displace the harmful plaque that has formed on your teeth away from the gum line, move your toothbrush from the gums towards the edge of your teeth.
Repeat above step for all your teeth. Do not forget to do the same for inner surface of your teeth.
Use horizontal movements to brush the chewing surfaces of your teeth.
Use the tongue cleaner part of your toothbrush to clean your tongue on which food particles get stuck.
There is no fixed time for brushing but it should last for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Dental hygiene is incomplete without flossing after brushing your teeth.
Always use proper toothpaste which has proper amount of fluorides and abrasives.
Use mouthwash to rinse your oral cavity and get rid off smelly breath.
